How do you feel about Baby Sprinkles?

Baby sprinkle, second baby shower, whatever you call it - how would you feel if you were invited to one?

We have a 2.5 year old and are TTC, and thinking about having a baby sprinkle/gender reveal when we get pregnant with the second. I truly don’t even care about gender reveals at all but I’m afraid my family will think a second baby shower is tacky or greedy, I feel like the combination might lower the pressure.

There’s nothing wrong with celebrating  new life . My sister in law wants to throw me a sprinkle and I’m pregnant with my third . I don’t plan to ask for baby items as I don’t need anything . But diapers are never a bad thing to receive . I would also not mind no gifts at all and just have a little gathering with loved ones to celebrate baby .

I think you should do whatever you want to do & if someone finds it tacky or greedy, they don’t have to come. There’s no reason you can’t celebrate another baby.

I think people should be allowed to do whatever makes them happy as long as they aren’t hurting someone else. 
If I were invited to celebrate the fact that someone was having a baby, whether it was their first second etc., I would simply be grateful to be included.￼
