Weird discharge

The last few days I’ve been having these gushes of discharge that is thin/liquidy and a bit sticky. It’s see through and it’s enough to like soak my underwear every time it happens which is super annoying because I have to change underwear constantly. Does anyone know what that is?

I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests because I had unprotected sex three weeks ago, but they all came back negative so I don’t think I’m pregnant. My period is two days late, but that might be because I took Ella after the unprotected sex (I’m 235 pounds and I might have ovulated the day before taking Ella so the chance that it actually worked is not good). I’m going to keep testing but could the type of discharge I have be something else than pregnancy? (The bot on here said my problem sounded like pregnancy and that’s why I added this extra little chapter)
