I am going to be 40 next month with no children. I’ve been wanting a baby since my early 20s. What I have come to realize is that whenever I had sex and my partner would ejaculate, no matter how long I would wait before moving, or keeping my legs in the air or doing all the other weird recommended solutions, the sperm would always slide right out. And this has been the case all my adult life. Has anyone else experienced this??

That is normal and thats whats supposed to happen. Sperm gets where it needs to immediately. The semen has to come out.

You need to see a fertility specialist to get to the bottom of things. No assumptions. Get proper testing for you and your partner.

You don’t need to do anything after sex to aid sperm. Sperm immediately head to their destination. Some semen is absorbed and some comes out. This is not why you’re not getting pregnant.
