Does anyone else get freaked out by cramps?

I’m currently 5w4d with my rainbow baby and my main symptoms pretty much mimic start of af sore boobs, mild cramping, fatigue. My morning sickness has pretty much gone away since switching to a better prenatal. The cramping really freaks me out tho it’s so similar to af I get so worried I’m always checking if I’m spotting or anything is anyone else in the same boat? I’m so ready for my first appointment next Friday I feel like it will give me a peace of mind for a while
