Ladies that had more then 2 miscarriages due to a weak cervix and or a membrane that ruptured?

Is there anything you folks did differently where you had a healthy future pregnancy at full term?

I would’ve lost both my kids around 16 week. I have a very short and weak cervix. 
We caught the problem just in time (days before my water would’ve broke) in my first pregnancy. I had an emergency cerclage placed at 16w. That held until 35 weeks. 
My second pregnancy I had a preventative cerclage done at 14 weeks. It failed at 19w. I had a rescue cerclage added. That held until 27w.

With my first pregnancy I suffered a loss at 16 weeks pregnant due ti a weak/short cervix and ruptured membrane. With the second pregnancy I went through IVF due to infertility and my Reproductive Endocrinologist had me on Progesterone Injections and my MFM put me on baby Aspirin at 10 weeks because of a positive MTFHR for blood clots that I got when he did all the testing. Mind you I was told that I would need a cervical cerclage with every pregnancy in the future due to my cervix being naturally shorter and ai would need to be on bed rest the whole pregnancy. When I went to my 12 week ultrasound I was expecting to be told that I would have to schedule a cervical cerclage  surgery, but instead my cervix measured at 5mm which was literally a miracle after being told I would never experience a normal pregnancy and I would need to be put on strict bed rest with every pregnancy. I had a completely normal and beautiful pregnancy, and my baby boy was born at 39 weeks December 2021. Every pregnancy is different but I say talk to your doctor about being put on Progesterone ASAP because it really helps, and to get tested for MTFHR also because on tiny baby aspirin will make such a difference.
