Sneak peek issues?

Has anyone else sent in a sneakpeek test in the last week or so? 
My sample was delivered(per USPS tracking) to their lab on Tuesday 9/3 at 11:12am, per their website I should've received a "check in" email by 7pm that day and then my results by 2pm the following day. 
I’ve received 0 emails from them since getting my activation email last week Friday. 
I have emailed their customer service and I am not getting any response.

What email did you use? I just did one and it said not to use Apple email accounts. Maybe you could contact them via phone?

I just read about this somewhere else too and now I’m stressed! I did mine Friday and it’s set to arrive there by Monday.

Their customer service is usually really great. I’d send one more email inquiring and/or call. I sent my test in last Tuesday 9/3. They received Friday and got my results Saturday.

Huh. I didn’t have any issues when I did it with my first kid. I did just send my sample in last week and waiting on my results now. It got delayed in transit…love USPS
