Heavy bleeding/ovulation day/positive pregnancy test

Monday was my ovulation day. When I got home from work, I noticed a LOT of blood pouring out of me. And I passed out a big blood clot…I called my doctor and he said if I started feeling light headed or dizzy to get to er. I ended up going to sleep and heading to work next morning. Bleeding stopped at this point little clots are coming out and they are not as red as initially. But I had cramping on my sides. My obgyn doesn’t have availability until next Tuesday. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I read some articles on here with similar situations, some people said this is something that happened to them and they ended up pregnant…I just took a test and it is positive. Could it be positive because of blood in urine? I’m honestly freaking out. I’m a single mom and was totally not trying. Please forgive me for the long post.
