When did you start showing with 4th pregnancy?

My bloat is so big this time around, I’m 6 weeks pregnant and look 15 weeks pregnant. I don’t know if this is because it’s my 4th pregnancy or if it’s because I’m almost 12 weeks postpartum. My daughter was full-term stillborn July 1st and I conceived my current pregnancy in my first postpartum cycle. I am having a hard time hiding this belly and honestly I’m so ashamed. I really don’t want people knowing I’m pregnant yet because I don’t want people thinking I’m replacing my daughter. Shes not replaceable, but when I lost her a part of me died with her and I’m desperate for a sense of hope for the future with this current pregnancy.
