Is my heart breaking again

Hi ladies I’m 41 in a few weeks I had a misscarriage at 5 wks in 2021

When I was 37

I’ve been back to the docs last year and she can’t see any problems

Just new supplements and keep going

Well as of Saturday 14th sept I was two days late

Crying a lot

Headaches

Can smell everything

Bloated

Breathless easily

Now Saturday morning and bleeding heavily

Am I misscarrying again

I can’t bear it , I don’t want to live in my world without children in it

Also my mum and husband just think it’s a late period

Help ladies do I go to the doctor?
