Pain and ultrasound; not pregnant

Went to the ER, extreme pain. Hurt to even touch. Pain was in pelvic area. Nothing like cramps. ER couldn’t care less. Asked me if I took some Tylenol as I was shaking because of how bad the pain was and sent me home with no answers. Never had pain like this before having my daughter (she’s three) but every now and then around that time of the month (again this is not cramps; this is very painful) it gets pretty bad.

My drs don’t listen to me. I’ve even switched twice. I dont know what’s wrong with the medical system where I am but everyone is very dismissive. I dont know what to do or what can help.
