Why are people like this 🙄😤

My husband is going through prostate cancer and joined a support group for it. Lately both him and even ME have received message requests from people talking about their natural remedies for cancer. And their natural remedies also being like $50 to $100. Some woman reached out to me to say how awful chemo is and the hospital is giving my husband more cancer and her essential oils can cure him. My husband said "That's not how life works." If it was that easy no one would have cancer. I don't understand how people can try to scam cancer patients and pray off innocent people who are sick
