Bf doesn’t want sex now that I’m pregnant

Is it normal that now that my boyfriend knows I’m pregnant that he doesn’t want to have sex anymore ? He says it’s because he feel like he’s touching the baby but as you all know that’s literally physically impossible. This is his second child so he knows it’s impossible as well. What should I do ? I feel like he’s disgusted at the fact that I’m pregnant, he won’t even let me perform oral on him. Do you guys think there’s someone else in the picture ? Like I just don’t know what to think. (This is my first child btw) not sure if that helps the situation at all
