Before I go any further, I know that calling her doctor is number one. However it is Saturday and the offices are closed.

These started to appear on my daughter yesterday afternoon out of nowhere at the daycare. They are not on her palms or feet, but there are a couple in her face, neck, and her back/shoulders also have them. These are the worst though.

She does not have a fever, nor do they feel raised. They also don't appear to be bothering her. She's eating normally and drinking normally and her attitude is fine. Because of those reasons, I don't want to take her to the ER, but I am a little worried about it.

What do y'all think this could be? I thought bug bites, but from what? Nobody else around her has anything like this. I thought HFM, but aside from a little drool rash that she's had for a week she has nothing on her palms, feet or mouth. Any ideas?

If they are still there by tomorrow, I do plan on taking her to the ER or urgent care.
