Just trying to clear my anxiety

My husband got a vasectomy maybe about two years ago. He did his follow up sample about 7 months after because life got busy but I wasn’t worried because I have an IUD. We followed the directions other than one which I didn’t realize till after. Supposed to abstain for at least 48 hours before bringing in a sample well we waited maybe 34ish hours and I totally forgot till after, his results came back as zero sperm seen and was a successful vasectomy. Well a couple things on my mind as my boobs have been hurting but I don’t get periods due to my iud and I’m low key worried about pregnancy, I know sounds crazy because what are the chances of a vasectomy and IUD failing at the same time 😅 also I will have him get it checked again eventually as I would like to take my IUD out but I’m not sure I’m totally comfortable just yet.
