Job training?

When you get hired for a new job, how much training should you reasonably expect? Example I started a new job and I am not familiar with their CRM system. I didn't put it on my resume, and I reiterated this during the interview when they asked what they think my biggest challenge will be, I said well I am not familiar with your CRM, but in my current role my boss did share screens....she would do the task with me watching, then she would watch me do it, and we built up on my tasks and I learned pretty quickly. But I got to the new job and she expected me to learn the system in like 2-3 days on my own by watching videos made by the CRM company, but she also gave me other assignments to complete on top of that. This system is very complicated and not user friendly (the digital marketing person actually said it's a terrible system). Some of the videos 'stuck' but parts didnt. Example with sending receipts, I was able to set up the template (she wanted it customized with branded images, icons to our social medias etc) and I was also able to import the recipients who needed receipts, but couldnt figure out how to get those people that specific receipt that I had created. I tried several times and looked back at the videos but it was not clear. I asked if she or someone could show me how to do it (I think it would take maybe 5 mins since I had it all set up already) and she got really snappy that we have deadlines and went off on me that they dont have time for this. But it's my 2nd week and I had zero human training besides independently watching very poorly done videos (I had my husband watch a segment of a video and try to do that task and he couldnt figure it out either, and he works in tech). I thought proper training on things like this was standard? Or did my previous jobs baby me lol *Realist, I did speak up multiple times. She insisted that the videos are sufficient and basically said they can't train me beyond that and shouldn't have to. Meanwhile she's giving me assignments that require advanced knowledge (not basic functions) and is frustrated that I am not meeting fast paced deadlines. Shes the Executive Director so I cant go above her.
