Abnormal stomach ?

All ultrasounds during pregnancy showed no abnormality. But my husband has a big belly too where no matter what he does it doesn’t go down. It could be because he had liver transplant when he was 20. Just wondering if his belly looks normal

My baby had a huge belly too, and our pediatrician just called it  a "froggy belly" and said it was fine. However, a few months later we realized she had an intolerance to cows milk protein, so I eliminated all dairy from my diet. After that, my baby's belly stopped being so huge. I didn't realize it was causing her pain until after I cut the dairy out. She also stopped spitting up after every feed.
