I was just wondering is it possible to ovulate as soon as you come off the pill I’m talking within a day or two ( mini pill)

I came off on 24th September and I done a test today and got the faintest positive I have done like 7 tests all with a vvfl my partner says he sees it As well I have tried different brands and they are all the same but this would mean I would of had to ovulate literally within a few days of coming off the pill we BD on the 26th
