Really experiencing weird symptoms

Started my period on the 5th, not heavy enough for a tampon but a few clots, pink and bright red.

Then have been under the weather, vomiting and having intense nausea paired with havib the shits.

Since this, my period has taken a further step back to only being light light pink, sort of light brown and only when I wipe.

What is wrong with me 🤦🏻‍♀️ started feeling unwell on the 6th AM, and am home sick from work today
