Should I meet my ex?

I’ve got a lot of guilt about how me and my ex ended and I was always hopeful we would find our way back to each other. It was my fault completely. So I asked to meet him to apologize and just clear the air and I was gonna go very open minded. We were meant to meet on Tuesday but then I saw him on Friday night at a party- he literally said hi and bye and then made out with 2 girls in front of me. I get it , he is single do whatever you want but is it wrong of me to think it’s disrespectful ? Like I wouldn’t do that in front of him ? I was crying the whole night and walked past him to go to the bathroom and he came out the bathroom with a girl and said nothing. Do I still meet him on Tuesday ? We broke up 2 years ago but we always seem to be back and forth with this conversation.
