Did my period change course?

My period was 7 days late I took a test and it was negative before it finally came. But there are like blood clots and I have no symptoms of my period & I’m not on birth control could I be overthinking everything or should I got to the doctor just to be sure everything is fine?

De won’t do anything unless you have missed your period for 90 days. All you can do is wait. Chances are you ovulated later in your cycle which will make your period late
