Endometriosis , PCOS??

Hello! I’m new to this I really just need advice or help! I got a follicular ultrasound done and I got my results back.. (I do ovulate and it’s confirmed) positive opk but I’m having a hard time trying to get pregnant etc. but I’m not really sure how to read these results.? It seems like my left ovary the cyst says complex which isn’t normal right? I’m just nervous since I’ve been trying and no luck the cyst might be endometriosis? or PCOS maybe? Thank you in advance.
