When is the best time to test?

Hi ladies on my TTC journey! 
When do you find is the best time to test I’ve been some people with positives at 8dpo
Im currently 7DPO
And been testing for science but all negative !

Anything before 15dpo could be too early for a positive pregnancy test. Implantation happens between 6dpo and 12dpo and then you need 2 to 3 days for hcg to build up enough. The most common time for implantation is between 8dpo and 10dpo though so it's more likely to get a positive pregnancy test between 10dpo and 12dpo.

I’d always wait till 14dpo. Testing anytime earlier than that can be too soon. It also just makes people depressed and anxious and usually only leads to bad feelings. It’s a really bad cycle to be in testing everyday starting at 7dpo.
