Doesn’t want me to stay but doesn’t want me to go???

Lately it feels like the guy I’m with only really talks to me if he wants something from me or if he’s jealous over another guy or he needs someone to vent to. If I don’t give him what he wants, he basically won’t do anything with me or even really talk to me until I do. But then any time I try to leave, he blows up my phone. Texting me, asking why I want to be done, reacting to social media posts, sliding up on my stories, being really nice.
