Husband's ex wife said I'm low maintenance

My husband has a relatively low sex drive. I just need intimacy in any form whether it be sex or cuddles. We cuddle a lot. Watch a lot of movies together. Go on dates. So the lack of sex isn't really a problem. We have sex maybe 3x a month. When his ex dropped my step daughter off she said happy anniversary because we've been married for 2 years today. I said thx. She asked me were we planning on doing anything tonight. I just got embarrassed and said I don't want to talk about that. She goes "I was married to him. I know how low his sex drive is. I'm sorry if you hate your sex life and if you dont at least he found a woman that's low maintenance." Am I wrong for feeling some type of way?

Edit: I don't know how to explain it but it was HOW she asked. It was time of voice and she tapped my arm with her elbow. It was how she asked that I knew what she was talking about
