What helps to stop nausea, vomiting and diarrhea ?

Hey ladies , what do you do when you have nausea, vomit and diarrhea? I got sick and I have been having diarrhea and throwing up since 9pm and it’s 5:51am now. Don’t have anything left to vomit with but still vomit after drinking water. Only thing that’s helping me right now is sitting outside in the cold, breathing the fresh air. I have never gotten this sick before. Usually if I’m nauseous, I’d drink Pepsi do burps, vomit once and I start feeling better. I am not pregnant , I think I just got the stomach virus.
