Feeling stressed. Court is tomorrow

I have a daughter who we are fighting to adopt. She has been in our care on and off for 3 years. The court is in the process of trying to terminate bio moms rights but she's fighting it. She has been in and out of bio moms custody 4x. Bio mom will "improve"then the abuse continues the second she goes back. The last visitation bio mom got mad and told her "When you're back home, I'll let*step dad's name* fucking kill you next time." Later she blamed it on her bipolar that she's never been diagnosed with. I can't with this woman. My daughter is amazing. She's 13 almost 14 and considering everything she's been through, she is such a sweet girl with a huge heart. The good news is they've finally caught on to how manipulative bio mom is. She's not improving. She pretends to improve and then does the same things. I've been a foster mom and supported many reunifications and this one I am genuinely afraid my daughter will die the next time she goes back. She wants to stay with us. Please, I'm not religious but I will take any well wishes for tomorrow
