Period / birth control question!!

I’m 28 and I’ve been on the same birth control pill for 7 years. I have a period every month.

The past 3 months I have not bled at all. I have some cramping around that time of the month, but I don’t bleed.

I have taken multiple pregnancy’s tests and they’re all negative and I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms.

Do you think it’s something I should be worried about ???
