Thoughts?

I am planning my kid 2nd birthday that’s in January. Here’s the deal… I’m thinking of just keeping it just us meaning mom, dad and my kid. Thinking about just planning that whole day for her instead of inviting people that won’t show up or that only comes around on her birthday (my husbands dad) I could’ve said grandpa but he’s not even that. He has text once since her last birthday checking on us/her and that’s it. My dad has never met her in fact doesn’t even know what she looks like. However, my dad was also never in my life and my husbands dad was a part time dad. So guys, what are you thoughts or suggestions?
