Who calls a staff meeting for this?

I'm a teacher and yesterday our principal called a staff meeting for some of the most unhinged nonsense. She started everything off by saying she's been reading her Bible lately. Already completely inappropriate in a workplace. And starts talking about how God is telling her she needs to make changes in her life. She tells us she's really unhappy. I at first thought she was going to say she's quitting but no.... She made us stay behind for an hour to vent to us and tell us stuff she should be telling a therapist. One of my coworkers/friends had his arms crossed. It was cold and she called him out asking was she boring him. She said she feels like we don't understand her and all this unhinged nonsense. Some other teachers want to report this because she was being pushy with religion which is a no no. But also why are you holding us back to vent about your life? I'm not sure if I will go as far as making a complaint. Just found her behavior unhinged.

Edit: I know everyone is suggesting she's having a mental health crisis. Based on my experience with her as this is my first year at this school and teachers who have worked with her for multiple years. I think she's just lowkey a narcissistic. She's done some semi unhinged things before which is why she's not very well liked. It's hard to explain but I think she genuinely likes the attention and needs everything to be about her and goes off on you when you try to change the conversation to something else. Maybe she has mental health issues but she's never been a good boss or person for that matter.
