Asking my partner for help

I moved in with my bf 2 1/2 years and the first 8 months were good, after the that he just stopped helping with house work, our child. And I felt drained where I’d need to go back to my moms to get a “break” I would let him know how I’m feeling and he would get bothered. Fast forward I am pregnant and it’s worse now, we are in the process of moving into our own home and everyone’s helping but him. Throughout this whole pregnancy he’s been lazy, I was high risk the first 5 months and he would not help with house chores so I’d ask his family members and they’d help, our son gets sick, I’m up with him, 8 months pregnant now and I’ve been making all the trips to the new house while he sits his ass at home because he wants to “enjoy” his day off. I want to have a serious conversation but I also want to stay calm. I’m pretty blunt and my bf can’t “handle” some of my words.

Any thoughts how to go into this without hitting a nerve on his “manhood”
