I’ve had a Mirena for about 8 months now. I’ve had regular periods (my last one started Nov 1 and ended Nov 4). I had spotting Nov 5, 6, and 9.

I’ve had unprotected sex about 7 times in the last month with my boyfriend

Monday night, early Tuesday I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. I think it’s just from shrimp I ate because I felt fine before and felt fine after, and haven’t thrown up since

I know the Mirena is very effective at preventing pregnancy but I’m just paranoid. Can anyone provide some reassurance?
