11 DPO symptoms leading to a BFP?

Has anyone ever had early symptoms at 11 DPO and then had a BFP? Or is it too early for symptoms still? Since yesterday I’ve been sooo gassy 🙊 and bloated & super tired. Like it’s getting physically difficult to keep my eyes open and it’s only 1 pm (& I slept decently last night!) Will probably test tonight or tomorrow
