‼️PPD‼️

How long does PPD last what do you moms do to help continue your daily life? I’ve had PPD on and Off for two yrs now and at this point when does it go away I’m so tired of feeling how I feel for so long now it’s really interfering with my daily life and I don’t want to feel or be the person I’ve become around my child, it breaks my heart everytime Iknow I need to be and get better for my child because (he/she) deserves the best!! (Please don’t tell me therapy I’ve seen many therapist overseas and now in the United States and no one has helped me feel better even switching and trying someone else!!)

Any other advice to try and help is appreciated.
