I’m confused😂

Hey yall! I just got my first positive pregnancy test Today (i tested twice after hours cause i was nervous😂) I would have started my period in 4 days. This Sunday. I don’t understand how measuring of weeks starts or how far along i am😅 Anyone got any ideas?

Oh! and when should I make my first appointment? I heard after 6weeks but i’m not sure haha I plan to call the ob but just wanted to ask yall too lol
