Feeling Lost

I just found out both my tubes are blocked.

We’ve been trying over a year

At least one was viable until now.

I cried , ALL DAY.

To myself & to my partner who was very supportive & understanding.

Immediately, considering next steps as long as we can work it into a budget.

Simultaneously, I now have a 13 year old Living with me.

I’m having a hard time keeping myself together.

I’m just feeling very defeated and like this is all

Some horrible dream.

How in the world can I finance this Dream , whilst raising this Child?

I know it’s “possible”

I just feel that it may come at the expense of my own & I don’t think I’m ready to fully process that.
