3rd cycle on TTC

We have been trying to get pregnant for 3 months all though we have been together for 4 years and NEVER used protection makes me surprised I haven’t gotten pregnant we have purposely only had Intercourse during my fertile days without tracking ovulation through the years.

These 3 months I have been tracking my ovulation and making sure I’m eating healthy I also took prenatal vitamins and mucinex to help. Any tips for TTC?
