Mucus plug?
I am 37+5, and woke up with a lower backache and crampy. About 20 minutes later this came out. And then another smaller chunk with some brown in it (It didn’t look like bloody show or anything).
I don’t think my mucus plug came out with my first pregnancy. Is that what this is? I had a cervix check yesterday, so maybe it’s just the gel from that?
