Help please

So I’m 3 days late on period. I have been feeling off lately dizzy , abit nauseous and boobs feel tender. I’ve tested 3 times this week but they are negative. We did it November 11… Don’t know if that’s too soon to test. Is puffy nipples a sign of pregnancy?
