Test after abortion

I had my surgical abortion almost 5 weeks ago this test still looks faint positive. Since then I have had sex once followed with a plan b (this was 8 days ago) wouldn’t that be to soon to show on a test if I were pregnant again? When did you guys test negative on a stick
