Miscarriage or not

I had 1 faint positive test today. And then sex but with I start bleeding while having sex. Then I thought maybe it was a false positive and it was my period but it just didn’t feel like a period and it was brown blood that turn red throughout the day I few hours later I took a pregnancy test and it was clearly positive so I took another one and it was also clearly positive.

But I’m bleeding a lot but it’s not clumpy but if stringy and and red. I’m so sad, is this normal did I lose my baby. I have no abdominal pain
