what do you do if you don't like your friend's best friend?

what would you do if a good friend of yours keeps telling you to invite her best friend to hang out who flirted with your bf in the past and told my bf that he's cute when we were together. I also do not like her in general because of how her lifestyle is -- sleeping around with guys who do hardcore drugs. I have a hard time whenever my friend TELLS me to invite her to things when I don't want to associate with her
