Help! Unusual rash in groin

Hi everyone! Earlier in the week I had a pimple (hence small scab) and potentially what felt like could be razor burn in the back of my groin area. After it bothered me enough I checked, and had this type of rash in the area. I’m lowkey freaking out. I’ve been with my partner for 9 months and he has never experienced any sort of rash in the area. Does anyone have any advice on what it could be? It’s super itchy/burning/tingly. I am obviously going to get tested, but would like some advice before I could get into the doctor. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 top pic is yesterday, bottom is today.

UPDATE: Apparently I had razor burn that had gotten infected! After a few days it had went away and now I’m good to go. Thanks everyone!
