Thoughts on delivery🧐🤞

I’ve had all vaginal births but I’m wanting a c-section cuz the last two vaginal births I bleed pretty badly has huge clots with one and the other had to have a shot to stop the bleeding and concerned this one will be worse well I’m also wanting to get my tubes tied what’s the likely hood that I could get my midwive to agree to it. I’m pregnant with my 5th child and I’m 23 I’ve tried bringing it up with obgyn from my old times I was pregnant but they shut me down every time I asked so I’m worried I’ll be told no again. Also kinda nervous what’s everyone’s thoughts on this? How bad is recovery? How painful is it afterwards?!
