Happy after abortion ?

Anyone regretting their abortion or happy about it ?

I had one two weeks ago, not necessarily something I regret. I was quite happy that my life went back to normal and I started feeling good again.  
But it’s such a mind fuck that now I don’t have to consider and go through all the things maternity, pregnancy, labor and delivery, newborn, toddler etc… that maybe I could’ve done it. But it would’ve been such a toll on me, my career, marriage, etc… that I’m glad I made the choice I did but will always wonder what if…

I had two when I was dating my most recent ex. He coerced me both times to abort when it wasn’t what I wanted to do, and it was a really difficult experience. My only regret is not being safer. The feeling I struggle more with is guilt, that I failed my babies. But I continue to work on forgiving myself and I have found peace with the choices that were made, and I don’t regret not having kids with my ex (can’t imagine being tied to him forever tbh). Now, 5 yrs later, I have the most amazing husband and we’re expecting our first child ❤️ I was worried it could affect my fertility and it didn’t, I got pregnant the first time we tried. I wouldn’t be where I am if I had taken a different path.

I don’t regret it, however I will always wonder what if.
Me and my husband made the right decision for us & our little family, but it was the hardest decision we’ve ever made.
Hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.
But looking back, I know it was the right thing.

I don't regret mine; my life was good before it and back to normal again after; however, the only thing is I didn't tell my husband....that is something I with. I had to go through all this on my own and deal with the pain in secret...blaming it on my being sick with the flu. If you have a support system USE IT....don't do it alone!
