What does it mean if I "seem like a cop wife"

There are these kids who everyday after they get out of school, rude their skateboards around the neighborhood and every time I'm out there I can hear their foul language. I was getting home today as the school bus left. They were skating and using foul language and I went up to them and told them that every time they're out there I hear them dropping F bombs and I don't want to hear it again. They laughed at me in my face so I told them if I hear one more swear that I'll have my husband throw them in Juvi before the weekend and told them that cop car they see at my house is my husband and I'll see to it they spend Christmas away from their families behind bars. One of the boys starts chanting Karen at me and got his little punk friends to do it to. I told those punks I'll let my husband know this when he gets home. When I get to my door step my next door neighbor is also outside and I here her say "Yep. She seems like a cop wife." I don't think she meant for me to hear that because when I yelled excuse me she went inside. What does that mean? I seem like a cop wife.
