sex everyday late period HELP PLS

me and my boyfriend had sex every day for the entire month .  my period is always a little early or late, but never missing completely.  I am 31 days late. I went to the hospital to get an ultrasound because I was having cramps and breast pain. They didn’t see a baby no hcg . This was at about 23 days late.  I still haven’t gotten my period. My breast is still hurting. I’m still having light cramping. And now I am so tired out of nowhere to the point where I’m falling asleep while driving. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? If so, what was your outcome?
