Diarrhoea won’t stop

I got back from a trip about 2 weeks ago and on the last day of the trip got really bad food poisoning. I had to take 4 gastro stops just to slow it down and had to take 2 more before getting on the plain home. I didn’t poop at all for 2-3 days and since then have been back to having bad diarrhoea. Not as bad as when i first had it but still need to run to the bathroom every 2 hours or so and im so scared of shitting myself i end up going to the bathroom every 30 minutes just to make sure i don’t have to poo. I have been eating quite clean i just am not sure if i should see a doctor or not
