Plan B and Hemorrhaging?

Hi, I hemorrhaged after birth and have acute PTSD over it (I am in therapy).

The condom came off last night after having sex with my husband. When I felt for the condom, the ring of the condom was still outside of me, but barely. I pulled it out and it looked like all or most of the contents were still inside. I didn’t feel any get on me down there that I could tell.

I have an 8 month old and am not ready for another baby right now. I have taken plan B before but my husband is nervous it could cause me to hemorrhage again. Which now I am nervous thinking about it.

Can Plan B do that, or am I safe to take it?
