Diagnosed PCOS.. advice please :)

Jessica

After 1 year TTC, I had an internal ultrasound was told there and then that I had PCOS. I immediately started crying because I thought that meant that we might not be able to get pregnant but they assured me that wasn't the case. I'm 32 and never knew I had PCOS, should I be doing anything differently? Is it anything to be concerned about? I feel upset about it but not sure if I should be. I never see a dark line on opk tests so dont know if i'm actually ovulating and I have periods around every 37-42 days. Waiting on my husband to finish having his analysis before they will sit down with is again. Thank you x
