Somebody respond !

i’m tired of posting and not getting help. I was 31 days late on my period all negative pregnancy test.

On the 31st day, I took another pregnancy test and it was faintly positive

these results came up and under three minutes and the line was actually pink in person, not gray . The same day I started bleeding heavily but I don’t believe I passed any clots .. I was assuming it was a miscarriage this was December 10th . I went to my OB/GYN to get an ultrasound and they didn’t see a baby on the ultrasound four days after the bleeding started but my pregnancy test was still positive .. she said she believes that I didn’t get pregnant at the time that I thought I did and it may be too early , but if so, why did I bleed?

this morning, December 14, I took another test and these are the results so I’m assuming it’s safe to say that my hCG is still growing and maybe it actually is too early ?
